Player contracts.

Can we improve the playing leaving system please. Instead of cutting etc, players can ''sign'' contracts and if they don't stick with the contract they should get kicked out from league permanently.
For example, Say i want to sign hcafc. I will offer you a whole season contract and you can't join another team UNLESS the captain decides to cut you or trade you, The player CANNOT decide to leave on his own if he is on contract.

no they dont get kicked out the retire they can only be signed after 2 days what kind of rule do people get kicked out if they dont like their team please use your commen sense

what i do in dta, if someone undermines me and talking shit, i say to them "if you do not follow my orders, i will bite your penis off" works everytime. 
maybe you could use that, so no contracts needed.
