Rule change: Max of 7 players

From now, a squad in HaxLeague can have a maximum of 7 players. This comes after a few captains suggested it to help with their activity. This was also backed up by the fact many free agents couldn't get into a team, and making more teams without splitting into 2 divisions would have been difficult.

It is up to the captains to find the balance between getting enough activity and having unhappy players due to less play time.
