Creation and changing of badges

Post your teams' badges here and I will change them.
They must not exceed a height of 150 pixels and a width of 400 pixels (this allows you to do a banner if you wish)
I can create badges if no one in your team is experienced. Tell me what sort of thing you would like, providing any pictures if needed. I will do it if I have the time.
