It's not clever to post the room in the chat box where anyone can join and change there names to pretend they are in the team. I recommend using the private forums for these types of things, Make an unlisted room and post the room link in the 2 teams private forums or pm all the players in the team, It's much more safe and they also would not be many spectators which will lag up the room.

This is definitely part of the future plans. I'm going to see if there are any quicker private alternatives than posting it on the forum though.
