A player draft is more or less a system in which the chosen captains will choose a random player of their choice from the free agency thread one after another. An example is given below, which will hopefully bring you to understand the concept if you don’t already know:

A, B and C are the three captains.
X, Y and Z are the three players to be signed.

After the members of staff and I have chosen which captain will choose first designated by a random fixture generator that person will have the choice of the first unsigned player, followed by the person who’s selecting second and so on. Eventually, we’ll come to a situation where all teams have the required of players (five, possibly six) in their team.
